Jacob Zhao has been a team member of SOURCETECH since 2007, managing our joint venture operations, production engineering, quality control, logistics and all manufacturing in northern China.  Jacob and Drew began working together in 2001 when they designed and established a wood stove manufacturing facility in Qingdao.  Today, he oversees our team of engineers, quality control and production managers to ensure the timely delivery of high quality product.  Jacob contributes more than 25 years of manufacturing and procurement experience from working with companies such as the Haier Group and Hichanse.
