Charlie Zhao joined SOURCETECH in 2009 to support our manufacturing operations in northern China.  Since then, he has managed production quality for more than 3,000 products in over 50 manufacturing facilities.  Based in Qingdao, Charlie oversees the product development and quality systems in our joint venture operations and with all northern China manufacturing partners.
